I'm putting my money on June 9. Yep. That's the date. I chose it from my calendar Ouija board style. A powerful force brought my finger to that day. I will not question the force.
So 4th tallest if we don't count the Four Season's spire, 5th if we do.

Developed by Hines with architecture by the internationally acclaimed Pickard Chilton, the building will host 671,101 square feet of space. Described on the official website as a "soaring crystal alloy of steel and art," the tower's ten-foot floor-to-ceiling windows offer unobstructed mountain and city views to tenants. The base of the building is defined by a 13-storey podium containing retail, restaurants, a fitness centre, and a parking garage with 850 spaces. The gentle curves and peaked roof of the tower have been designed to reflect the picturesque Rocky Mountains.
I got a tour of the inside of 1144 15th today, some photos from the tour. Core is 19 floors up, and the surrounding platform (parking levels) is at level 9 or 10 I think. Parking will go up to level 13. Other fun facts: The concrete core is 42" thick and uses 10,000 psi (very high strength) concrete. This is the first building in Denver in a long time where the crane actually has to be tied back to the building because of the height. 1144 at it peak will be as tall as the spire on the neighboring Four Seasons, making it the new 4th tallest in Denver when completed.

I was just driving thru Denver yesterday and this building is stunning. You guys really scored big with this one!
Question: did it get built taller than the original plans? It looks like its almost as tall as the top of the four seasons spire. Which if so I hope they will do the lighting at the crown. To me the building looks like its a lot closer to being 630 feet instead of 603 feet.

I've been following this project from the get-go (lived in Castle Rock in the Denver metro when it was first anounced) it was first to go 37 floors and top at 590 but Hines added some extra crown and from recent photos it looks closer to 625-630 ft. Top of Four Seasons spire is I believe 641.
