They've also done an excellent job completely re-leasing the building from top to bottom in the wake of Cozen's departure. They convinced IBX to consolidate several suburban offices into multiple floors in the building, pulled Pennoni from their west philly offices, and have a WeWork on the entire top floor. Those are all long-term leases, so this building isn't going anywhere, I assure you.
