I cant get the link to work but the permit doesn't show up on the map site yet. Perhaps there is data lag due to holidays. Nothing shows up for 3675 market either.

That permit is from a year ago though, Dec 2015.

oh. I thought this was new info. Too bad. Hopefully dirt being moved from one side to another means something good is going on behind the scenes.

But the other link Summers posted upthread, for the foundation work, is newer, updated last month, so things are moving along.

Well, I guess little progress is better than no progress.

It looks like this building is pictured in the new renders of 1911 Walnut released today. Scroll through the slides in the article to see.

I do. Nothing was really happening when I walked by Monday. I'll try and swing by again today.

Has anyone noticed any additional activity at the site? Really hoping that this project takes off soon. Pearl seems to be pretty active right now in a lot of different projects so maybe they are waiting to complete a few and start cash flowing on those before they begin?

Maybe they want to wait for next cycle to build so many more apartments. A lot of apartments coming online in center city this year.

There is a sample of the exterior cladding up on site! I missed the chance to snap a picture yesterday, and I won't be back by the site until Thursday. Can someone else venture over on Sansom?

a zoning permit for new addition has been issued. Not sure what that means exactly- I guess it's first step towards actual building permit for the tower.
