That render looks like something I would have drawn.
As a kid growing up, I used to draw soaring skyscrapers.
Just pen & paper.
No computer, no Internet, just freehand drawing.

That's hilarious. It looks like the white space was blank and someone walking along the street stopped and sketched in the skyscraper.
