If you want to start a suggestion, Liberty teams up with Russell Byers Charter School to expand space and STEM programs, and builds new Comcast Tower 3 around it.

Agree about working with a school to expand STEM programming as a possible learning laboratory for Comcast...

It doesn't make much financial sense, either, but I would link up with the Academy of Natural Sciences across the street as well (skybridge!?) to expand their museum and research space. Then you could have a school, a museum, and a tech company all in one location. Would be great community outreach, and an important space for some synergistic research.

The lobby looks fantastic. It's much larger than I would have expected. While we watch the building rise, we don't really think about the inside of it as much, especially that close to the ground.

According to the L.F. Driscoll Scheme posted back on page 297 it looks about two months behind; cooling towers 1 & 2 were supposed to be hoisted up there in June, towers 3 & 4 by July & the lantern a week ago. Are they really this far behind or were those drawings just nonsense

Well the weather has been generally good and the strike lasted just a couple of days. Those cannot be reasons for delay. Perhaps they were overly optimistic dates. Sliding schedules are not uncommon. It would be nice to see the tower and lantern continue upward sometime soon though.

I haven't followed the supposed cracked steel story all the way... but the supposed cracked steel just in the lantern or in the entire building?
