Very very impressed by the on line 60 page brochure. Brigil has the same for the Ferme Columbia.

Never have I see a more professional document.

This is great! I own an investment property in the neighbourhood and it's nice to see some development going on!

On the weekend I went with my wife and kids went to go look at some new apartments. We checked out Brigil's building at 460 St. Laurent since it's close to my kids' school. I have to say I was impressed. I've always hated Brigil and associated them with subpar design but it was a great building. The rooms are well designed. The penthouse restaurant is affordable, has nice views and the staff were nice. It's "all-inclusive" as they say, so your rent, condo fees, internet, hydro, etc are all included in your rent. There's a hair dresser, masseuse and medical clinic on-site. It's a bit pricey for me at $3500 for a three bedroom, but I left having a lot more respect for Brigil.

Here are some photos I took on the rooftop.

I went passed this building the other night on my way to dinner. It's definitely a nice looking building, so too bad it wasn't much taller.

I believe the Brigil tower on St. Laurent, facing Notre-Dame Cemetery also has a roof top restaurant. Is that for residents only?
No, Le St. Laurent is a public restaurant. I dined there during its original incarnation as St. Martha's Brasserie. Nice view.

I had the same impression. Better than expected overall.
