I have to say, now that it is mostly complete, I'm not a big fan of Epcor. The glass is really dark, especially the spandrel. The massing is decent, and I really like the balconies, I just can't get past the glass.

I haven't checked this thread out in a while, looking good. The glass reminds me of the dark sections of Centennial Place in Calgary.

It is turning out ok, but is very very wide... too wide IMO.

The other main issue is that it is an island if you will right now, with a very long block psychologically speaking for most people with regards to it being downtown.
