Well, I don't have anything to back that up other than my own speculation/cynicism, but the podium is now 2-storeys and tower looks to be about 45ish storeys?
Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, apparently nothing is finalized, still deliberating over podium tenants and podium design I believe

This will be great once the plaza is closed in. My only beef is that there is no entrance to the plaza from the West. One of those parking lots along 104 Street would have made a nice path through an opening in Tower B to the Plaza.

Podium work continues with much of the steel up. While the tower has been indefinitely postponed, the podium will be nice to have completed and a new full-service grocery will be amazing for central Downtown.
