Haven't been back up for some time now so I do not know the politics. There will be somemore complaints as they are building a break wall to extend the runway lights out another 5-600 meters out into the bay.
The school will be rebuilt but it could be 3-4 years before it is open. They will miss this years sea lift. could have been worse, the generator station fuel tanks were only a few meters away. if the wind blew the opposite way they could have lost the power station.
