Keith Hall on Hollis Street - at one point it was Alexander Keith's house, and it's attached to the Brewery Market (which was the original Keiths' brewery - I think it's still operational - either way it hosts the "original" weekend farmers' market). It was recently restored as part of a development happening on the same block.
The Simmons Buiding restoration in Calgary's East Village has been amazing. Some twitter photos from various folks of the interior and the patio. Got a chance to try out the patio last Thursday with a group of Urban Planners (exclusive preview event) - was amazing and food from Charbar was awesome.

This former CN railway station used to be derelict but has been restored a few years ago. It now serves as an inter-cities bus station and a microbrewery.
