Honnêtement, je ne suis pas un expert en croissants, mais j'ai trouvé qu'il était très bon. Croustillant et feuilleté à l'extérieur, aérien et moelleux à l'intérieur.

Par contre, j'ignore si ça se compare avec les bons croissants qu'on peux trouver à Paris! Je vais devoir aller tester ça!

Les "bons" croissants qu'on peut trouver au Québec de nos jours (dans presque toutes les régions) n'ont rien à envier à ceux de nos cousins d'outre-mer.

Man, some of these newer buildings are really horrible IMO. Good job with the photo tour, it's pretty representative and doesn't focus on the classic tourist spots -- which in fact are pretty conspicuously absent. You live in the St-Jean-Baptiste or Montcalm 'hood, right?
