Thumbs up NEW YORK | Condé Nast Building | 809 ft (1,143 ft) | 48 Floors | 2000

I think this building gets overlooked a lot as it's not really a prominent building in New York's skyline. But due to it's giant antenna, pseudo 'industrial' look, it's place in Times Square, and being one of the 3 'Spires' in Midtown, Conde is a very unique building. I don't think it really gets a lot of respect but it truly is an awesome building.

*Fun fact*

The giant antenna was placed on Conde in 2003 to replace the antenna lost on 1 WTC. Interestingly enough, it makes the building look so much better and complete as before the antenna was put on, the building came to a rather abrupt and ugly stop.
