It was a great looking building, but pretty beat up inside because of the neglect

Many of the Sunny Isles towers are 630-649 ft, a whole wall of them.

It's always a shame when cities don't respect their architectural heritage, especially a city that has already demolished so much like Miami. Is loosing an important and seminal example of PoMo really worth another high rise?
