Ya, maybe they had previously reached out an it was more of a perfect storm situation where someone wanted the space, salon wasn't doing as well as it once was, so they decided to shut down (owner of the salon is also the building owner)

So I’ve heard the Berns & Black space has been leased and will become an office for some American company. Don’t have any more detail other than it sounds like an office and not retail.
Had a feeling whatever would go here would Ben an office. It’s a huge space and the fact Parlour isn’t separated, and both sides share a bathroom means it would be tough to have anything open late in there without some major Renos.
Interior renos will begin soon to fully separate the small Parlour space and the big B&B space.
