Can't believe we're not seeing more of this in the NCR. All the talk about sustainability and 15-minute neighbourhoods, but we're incapable of reproducing this excellent project.

Signs have been up for a while for phase 2 at the corner of Atmosphère and du Plateau, but I haven't seen any movement for some time.

That stretch of boulevard du Plateau in front of Agora is atrocious. The road is full of patched potholes and actively tests your car's suspension.

Awesome development, but isn't super well connected to the rest of le Plateau. I don't know if Bruxelles sidewalk from Plateau is still a complete mess.

I am not sure what the holdup is on this sidewalk.

The area around the library also seems unfinished for at least 3 years now. Let them walk on dirt.
