I think that's on 14th Ave north, somewhere along where they are doing the doing the widening on 16th ave. I don't know which street without looking it up.

Edit: I was right about it being close to 16th Ave, but its on 19th Ave, not 14th. 2nd street West.

I can't put up a new one from work here, as I'm using a apple keyboard on my PC computer, and I don't think I have a print screen key.

I believe it is a road allowance for a traffic circle that never was installed.
