Another new rendering. Just a larger view of the one Surrealplaces posted earlier.

Nice render! Too bad the parks in Calgary don't stay that green in the summer time!

The colour schemes look friggin awesome, and I love the design pallets for the interior.

Yeah, looks nice! I would pick this place just on location alone, but the inside looks good.

I agree it could not be in a better location.

Could be Qualex's best yet. I like how they're being very honest in the renders with regards to where spandrel will be placed now, after the glaring misrepresentation of Mark in its renders.

Qualex is pretty bullish on Calgary so we may see this one go ahead soon even with the shit economy.

Yup. Luna and Nova were two of the few projects that went ahead in the last down cycle.

This and Mount Royal West would have to be the two best location wise.

Park Point prices - are they already falling?

Has anyone else seen this listing from Alain Michaud for one of the Park Point condos (he has other listings in this pre-sales building too) - for unit 1401 which had a list price of $372,000 on pre-sales launch three weeks ago (when I bought!). Now on the market at $358,050. Not sure whether this is "+GST" or not, but the $372,000 figure obviously was, so either way it's not good. Does anyone know anything about this? Perhaps I am wrong in some way, but if I am right, I don't like the signal it sends.....

Well here's hoping that prices are going down. This city has been in need of a correction since the beginning of the last boom. Calgary just isn't at the point yet where it's reasonable to charge Vancouver prices just to live here. Not to say that Vancouver's prices are reasonable either, just that we're not there as a city yet compared to Van.
