All in all, that's a good thread.
The city of Sao Paulo has 11 million people, and the urban area 21 million. Canada's biggest province only has about 13-14 million. It's a clear fact that Sao Paulo is bigger than anything in Canada. It's also bigger than anything in the USA apart from New York City.
