TORONTO | 484 Spadina Avenue | 74 M / 244 FT | 22 FLOORS

Address: 484 Spadina Avenue
Developer: Wynn Group
Architect: Kirkor Architects

Spadina Ave. continues to see a surge in development proposals. This is a preliminary render - expect this one to get chopped down once the city has it's way.

man, toronto is finally starting to get some interesting architecture. looks great, esp for the corner (or very near to it) of college and spadina. my brother did grad school at u of t and lived down on college at augusta (pretty much around the corner from this) and we used to sit around sometimes and listen to amateur country crooners, drinking piss beer at the bar here. hopefully the liquor license will be transferred somehow and you'll get another divey student bar.

Toronto is on fire. Just look at the forum treads. So many Toronto's and recent too. Amazing quality in some of these residentials.

It's been a few years..

This is likely going through now...I'll try and get to the site sometime. Also, it's now a rental project.

It needs a redesign. Somthing less goofy and perhaps in an industrial warehouse style would be nice.

^^Thanks!

Not a masterpiece, but much better than the previous design.
