I've added these; I've decided I will add proposals without a schedule years of start and/or completion so long as they are 1. actively being marketed and have their own website or developer building page, and 2. are actively going through the approval process.

Be sure to included all uses, however, even side uses. In this case, I see that this will have commercial/retail space on its first two floors. Anyway, when a building has a primary usage that comes first, and then the secondary uses. If the uses are all fairly balanced than it can be said to be "Mixed-use" in which case you can put the sub-uses in whichever order you want.
