Yeah it's pretty nice - and goes on for hours!

Unfortunatly the buiding we scaled was facing north ( the eastern view facing downtown was blocked ) but it was okay anyway..

I tried capturing it on film too ( with my cybershot camera )

the result was well pretty damn dark - but atleast the audio is capturing the mood well!

Is fireworks used privately for the new year celebration in Canada?

Me and SSC member Hviid teamed up and went shooting and drinking yesterday

It was a great day and while it might not look like it in the pics it was really warm and spring like - I ended up getting sunburned

No new places - just the old spring route we also took last year when the photo season started

Cheers people!

That's really awesome, FREKI. Copenhagen is awesome in 'summer clothing'.

Time for you to buy a new camera, by the way!

Wonderful day today - so I took a walk around Islands Brygge and Kalvebod Brygge

Both areas are filled with new and upcomming buildings - Islands Brygge is primarily residential where nearby Kalvebod Brygge is commercial - they are parted by Copenhagen Habour and inked by bridges..

Starting out at the southern point of Kalvebod Brygge at Fisketorvet Shopping Center

Islands Brygge from the bridge.. it's located in the island of Amager

Radisson SAS hotel..

Islands Brygge from the bridge back to Zealand

Entering Kalvebod Brygge

That's all from today..

Bought a new camera yesterday and went testshooting it today..

It's still a small compact as me and DSL isn't the really compatible - but it does a pretty nice job and I'm very pleased

My new camera: http://www.greatdigitaldeals.co.uk/i...xus960main.jpg

Todays trip will be devided into two parts, both will be in the familiar setting of the inner city - primarity the old town, predestrian streets and Nyhavn.. enjoy

Rosenborg Castle

Strøget pedestrian street

Don't you just hate when your limo is too long for the small side streets

Part two to come in a few hours..

Some new picks of the Frederiksberg District and Vesterbro District from July 4th

Starting off at Frederiksberg Mall ( free parking )

And taking to the streets from there

Frederiksberg Municipal City Hall

Turning down Frederiksberg Alle

A classy and calm area..

Entering the district of Vesterbro

Vesterbrogade - the district's mainstreet so to say

Heading towards the inner city

Vesterbro sidestreet

Downtown

Moving out again

Church at Vesterbro Square

Entering Frederiksberg again and turning down Gammel Kongevej..

Turning down Falkoner Alle..

And we're back where we started..

That's all for this time, stay tuned

^Thanks!

Today's pictures weren't exactly planned, I was driving up north to take a walk in a forest ( look at my Denmark thread for pictures of that ) and as I was driving trough the district of Hellerup I thought why not stop and take a few pictures... so I did

It should however be mentioned that this was at around 9 in the morning, on a saturday, so if you wonder why the streets are empty - there's your reason

Hellerup is one of the more wealthier parts of the city and primarily suburban - trough it and along the coast runs the 'Strandvej' ( "beach road" ) and it's in the southern parts of that these pictures were taken..

Here we go:

Crazy banana eating biker :ohno:

Not bad eh...
