Still the possibility of snow. Never take it for granted.

It actually did snow in August when my wife visited here many years ago. Didn't help with her first impression of the city.

I've never had anything but good weather on my summer trips to Alberta.

19 to 20 and partly cloudy in Victoria @ 9am. Forecast calls for a high of 24 with the chance of a shower this am and a mix of sun and cloud after noon. Nice. We had a little bit of rain over night - couldn't have ordered it more perfectly

Yesterday was nice, highs of 24 (Airport); 25 (UVic) & 26 (Langford) with some humidity.

Forecast is calling for mid to upper 20's for the long weekend with nothing but sunshine ... hope it's accurate - great weather for Sunfest at Laketown Ranch.

Was in Osoyoos yesterday, was a beautiful 33 with blue skies. Went for a good swim and walk in the desert.

For what it is worth the warmest station in western Canada was Osoyoos.

H 29.7
L 15.4
M 22.6

Not a stellar month, but not bad. No lows below 10 and no highs below 25.

27°C and mostly sunny.

But the humidity is 59% with the DP at 18.6°C. And the Humidex is at 34°C. Holy Cow, this is very humid for Edmonton. Thunderstorms are quite possible later tonight.

Time for a few beers!

Had to head out to the airport after work...

'Twas a good 90 minute storm now wasn't that? The storms this year have been rather long this year. Either that or they come in series over a night.

The storm didn't last that long in downtown Edmonton, but it really poured and there was huge hail. Luckily we had just finished dinner on a patio and made a run for it before the storm hit.

A lot people commented on the humidity today, but I found it nice. This was like an average summer day in southern Ontario.

29C (humidex of 30) and sunny! Still very dry with a RH % as low as 28%.

I have never seen it so dry... 6.8 mm in the last 22 days. 10.8 mm in 32 out of the last 33 days.

Low of 17C this morning. Surprisingly, downtown was able to stay at 20C despite clear skies, low humidity and light wind.

The warmspot was Leader, SK at 37.0C.

Sunny and 22 at just before 11am. Another day where it should get up to 25-27. Fairly dry out there too, dew point is just 15 degrees (humidex 26).

Looks like by Monday we're back to more seasonal weather (highs in the low 20s).
