Sometimes I just have to stop and remind myself that this is Hamilton...Hamilton, Ontario!

Twenty years ago, a lot of people had this city dead-and-buried. I never completely and totally gave up but I sure as hell didn't see this happening.

What really works in this building's favor is that there really isn't anything else in the city with the same design aesthetic...

Huge win. What's most amazing is that when you pass it on James, the tower doesn't loom over the street. Its the best historical preservation I've seen.

I agree, the set back is perfect. Could put towers like that anywhere in the city and I wouldn't complain
