Yes. In the article in the StatesmanJournal, it said the current plan includes two levels of above grade parking and one level below grade. It said the total parking on site would be 290 stalls.

Thanks for the updates on this as well as the other new projects in Salem. I lived in the Wilamette Valley from '00-'06, and it's nice to see that Salem appears to finally be making strides at embracing a mentality beyond the suburban tract home. Even much smaller Corvallis was building a 7 story mixed use building downtown, a couple of years ago. Salem might have a vibrant/diverse/urban downtown culture once a couple dozen of these 4-8 story mixed use type projects get built.

Agree

I think there are a lot of people that have lived or currently are living in Salem that want the city to have more of a vibrant urban core. There are a few people with the money to start making it a reality.

In the past, there just wasn't anyone with the cash flow to make it happen. Or those with the money were not the type of people interested in making Salem a better place.

Thanks for all of the Salem updates Northeast. Its nice to see Salem grow in an upwards way instead of sprawl. Its sad to see how the city has no control over the developers and as a result land is clear cut and homes are crammed together without any thought put in to the future of the neighborhood or the city as a whole. I'll have to take some pics of some particularly ugly developments being built down there. Anyways, thank you again!
