Sort of sad that this glass is so much higher quality (apparently anyway) than the glass on a large project like City Centre.

Considering the prices these residences are going for (probably one of those few projects that can legitimately call itself a luxury condo), I'd definitely expect the materials to be oh higher quality than what you typically get elsewhere.

I hope Ledcor is encouraged by the success of The River to do more residential high rise projects in Calgary.

Agree the quality of materials used by Ledcor in this project make me wanting more quality mid-rises scattered throughout the city!

Is Ledcor the developer as well? I thought they were just the GC.

The River website says the developer is 26th Avenue River Investments Inc. which "is a dynamic affiliate of Ledcor Properties Inc."
I like their choice of the word dynamic!
