10 Arquitectos Design

There are 2 different versions out there and I'm not entirely sure which one is the most recent. So i will post them both.

Version 1


Version 2






10 Arquitectos designed this 47 story building for West 45th street between 5th and 6th Avenue. Looks to be a Hotel/ residence.

Glad to see the tower crane erected, but who knows what version will be built.

It always amazes me how they construct these big buildings in such tight spaces.

Yes, I walked by it on sunday and was struck by how small this lot is at least the frontage. Can't be no more than 100ft in from the street.

Yes, this one is sneaking up to 500 + ft with little notice. I don't think it is visible from either of the major observation decks( i.e. ESB or 30Rock). The Grace bldg to the south blocks it from ESB and old Int'l Paper Bldg blocks it from 30 Rock.

Wow, the men really provide a good perspective on just how thin this tower is going to be east to west. And, of course with the taper on the north face will make top floor space even smaller.

Great location for a hotel, but a little weird for a residential, kinda off the beaten track (i.e. 42nd street).

I wonder how they put elevators into this building. It might only use like 2 or only stairs.

Any building at this height will have a lot more than 2 elevators. Even if they wanted to the law won't allow that few.
