In Jonovision's post #23 he asks: "Is it just me or do the heights of these first few floors look a lot lower then they appear in the renders?"

I was standing across from the developmnet on the Church corner and I can't reconcile the exterior of the building , and the picture of the building. The # of floors don't match, and the windows on the building on the corner 2nd floor are different, unless they are using faux windows. I hope they are able to relect the renderings. As they progress with the exterior it may clear up my vision problem. JET

They also have yet to fully construct a steel structure on the roof. This may reconcile some things. But I also just remembered that the renderings were from before they knew they were going to bulldoze the Masonic Hall. The original plan called for its old facade to be built into the new building. But instead they just razed it. So that will probably be the reason for the differences.

I walked by the site this week, and they have started putting a nice dark brown brick up on the north eastern corner. Where the old police station used to be. It looks quite nice. Still no windows yet, and they are still finishing up on the framing and insulating of the rest of the building.

Wow that picture makes the Harbour look deceivingly narrow.

Looks good though!

I'm no expert in real estate, but it seems to me like this is filling up rather fast

Well its no surprise to me.

Its an attractive location, convenient and the building is almost complete.
