Man, that's a lot of construction. There's a lot of forgettable stuff in there, but 500 Wellington West and the Rotman School of Management buildings both stand out in terms of design. Paintbox at Regent isn't bad either.

Which is really odd, because Canada's, and specfically Ontario's, population isn't growing that fast. You have to assume a bubble here.

^ The Greater Toronto area has been growing by about 100,000 people per year for the last couple of decades, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down anytime soon. I do agree that this is certainly an unusually huge building boom and that it can't go on this way forever, but for the time being I'm just going to sit back and enjoy it.
