I don’t know which is more exciting; HY or West 57th.

This one is getting tall! The eye catching sides are already great, but when that cladding reaches the set backs, especially as you can see 2-3 set backs with the terracotta making the transition, is when the renders will really come to life in the photos.

Need to make another trip to the top of the rock to see all these from that perspective.

Ahead of 111 West 57th Street sales launch, condo prices creep higher
The development team is hopeful for a September sales launch

By Zoe Rosenberg
Aug 17, 2018

Quote:
JDS Development and Property Markets Group are gearing up to publicly launch sales at the supertall luxury tower at 111 West 57th Street, and with that has jacked up the price of a dozen condos in the building. The Real Deal first reported the increases, which were reflected in materials filed with the New York Attorney General’s office.
Quote:
The new markup affects 12 condos in the sky-grazing development. Prices were adjusted an average of 19 percent on those units, that include a two-bedroom on the 17th floor once asking $7.5 million and now asking $15.5 million, and a three-bedroom on the 13th floor once asking $10.2 million and now asking $13.5 million. Several of the building’s 60 condos quietly entered contract last August.
Quote:
Sources tell TRD that the development team is hopeful for a September sales launch, and a topping-out on the 1,428-foot tower by year’s end.

It's likely the angle. If I'm not mistaken it's still around ~950'. I don't even think it's passed One57 yet.

Although with floor plates this size it'll happen in no time

Okay, you may be correct.
Good to have another perspective on this!

Pic by me. Taken today.

All of the 57th Street supertalls visible. Quite dramatic view once completed.

Can see 111 W 57th piercing the skyline, soon to pass One57.

Looking at #2551, is the cranework peeking up at the left the first really visible sign of 1V?

kinda funny how the pinstripe picks up the GM tower to the east--also some serious WTC yamasaki vibes at times...
