Yeah, Pittsburgh is a whiter city, and a whiter metro. But as was shown upthread, the level of urbanization of the black population isn't that different (30% in St. Louis, 39% in Pittsburgh).

Basically, St. Louis appears to have the most suburbanized black population in the Rust Belt. Pittsburgh has the second most suburbanized.
