Damn, I didn't think someone would guess right so fast!
Suburbanite is right - that's the northern end of the Mt. Edziza volcanic complex in Northern BC.
Those lava flows are geologically quite recent, definitely erupted after the last ice age ended about 10,000 years ago. The most recent eruption there might have occurred only around 1,000 years ago.
