^We also have very vibrant and diverse neighborhoods. Taking into account of everything said, I can attest that Seattle is not perfect, but neither is any city.

If Seattle had the amount of winter sunshine that say San Francisco gets and you could live near downtown I would say it would be getting close to perfect. Yeah the transit could be better but oh well. It seems manageable and there is just such a great mix of natural beauty and urbanity, like Vancouver. In fact if it weren't for the cloudy winters I would probably be living in one of those to cities right now.
