Consult a lawyer. If the degree of noise meets the legal standard of a nuisance, then you can sue your neighbour and get a court order, forcing her to eliminate the noise. End of story.

May I suggest a acreage up north, this ones on a lake so those pesky loons might get a bit noisy but in reality you can just shoot them, as a resident of the north different unwritten rules will apply to you.

but the lady won't open the door for them

there is nothing much they cando......if we move, our problem will be carried to next owner
