NEW YORK | 32 Avenue of the Americas | 429 FT | 28 FLOORS | 1931

32 Avenue of the Americas along with 60 Hudson St and 111 8th Ave is one of the BIG THREE data centers, and carrier hotels in NYC with the other two being 60 Hudson, and 111 8th. It is 429 Feet tall and has 28 floors. When it was completed in 1931 (same year as the other two buildings) it was called the AT&T Building. Since then it has had many names considering its size and how much space it takes up. Alternative names include NY Telephone Building, 306 Church St, 4 Lispenard St, 14 Walker St, and 24 Walker St. It has 1,150,000 square feet which is the least of the three buildings. It is the tallest of the three buildings.

Always found this building to be awkward and out of place. The building itself though is very neat!
