I wouldn't expect it to be too bad. According to
this report by BART only 20% of people commuting to FiDi, from East Bay, commute alone. An additional 12% carpool, but presumably this would have less of an effect on each individual in the carpool since the increase for each commuter is not as much. If anything, I think it would make more people take buses or BART.
