The tower crane is really prominent from the Girard Avenue Bridge, which means that this tower will add density to the West Philly skyline from that angle!

I stopped by the PHS Beer Garden at 36th and Filbert today and snapped a photo of 3675. Lots of open space to build around there since University City High School was demolished. I'm really excited to see what uCity Square turns into.

no difference between steel and concrete...the only difference is that this project had a generous pre-construction timeline which allowed for cladding components to be fully engineered and fabricated to be ready for installation at the earliest feasible point in the construction schedule.
