This project continues to amaze me... How does it take this long to finish a 12 storey building? I thought we would be seeing pics of the finished project at this point. I read an article on CBC website saying completion will be second quarter of 2016 lol.

That's the completion date for Bella Tower. I'm almost positive people have begun to move into 150MW

I doubt that. I could see from the street 2 weeks ago that the lobby was still concrete pillars and wall studs and a lot of the units in the upper floors looked the same. no finished lighting, not much drywall. unless they finished it in lightning speed after that, I'd imagine its still a few months away from move in time.

Ya. Nobody is living there yet. Some of the units havent even been sealed up from the elements yet.

Bella Tower most definitely won't be done until the summer/fall at the earliest.

I agree, the lobby at 150 Main isn't quite done yet. I'd imagine move in dates in Late Feb to March. I'm going to talk to them today and see what they say. They sure as heck don't seem to be in any rush to get people moved in.

Well, I have emailed them several times and gone to their sales office twice (during the hours listed on the website). They have not responded to any emails and the sales office is closed. I've called and no answer. This really makes me wonder what's going on and why no one will respond to my emails...

Funny enough I just received a phone call from the new sales rep. Move in will begin April. They will finish ALL condo units (sold and unsold) before anyone moves in and will be staging a few units in March sometime.

The Hess St arch really is fantastic. To me, however, the 'Downtown Hamilton' arch at Wellington missed the mark a little...

I heard the Hess Village arch was placed where they tended to put stages for musical events and forced them to have to rearange everything.

It does look good. I still would have loved to have seen more of the original building kept though (e.g., a tall tower with a square floorplate at the back of the eastern section of the Federal Building)

Looks like the pace has picked up on the facade of Bella towers in the last week.
