Keeping my expectations low of course, but would like to see aurora finally get going, along with the edge and ski lodge. Also would like to see a couple more bars on Whyte and Jasper avenue, why not?

My expectations for 09 will be low, but if only one project would go ahead, i would like it to be valleyview.

Interesting you should mention that.

There's an advertisment for Valleyview in the current condo guide, indicating that sales are due to start shortly.

This is a great project for many reasons, & I hope it goes ahead soon.

At 5 years (since Dec. 2003) and currently 20450 posts, Cold passes 24540 posts by the end of Dec. 2009, at around 4090 posts per year on average. Yah, that sounds about right. Go for 25000, Cold!!!!!!

What makes you say this? That's pretty bold, no? Getting some inside information related to the TMP?

Prediction for 2009:
Cold finally has enough of Edmonton and decides to move to Toronto.

There's a better chance of a 50 storey building going up beside the Municipal airport than that happening

Didn't Founders Ridge also advertise "sales centre opening soon" in the condo guide? I seem to recall that.
