Every floor except the 2nd floor of the Mawer Building has been completely stripped on the inside. This one should come down pretty quickly.

Quincy's and the parkade are no more!!!

We haven't seen a render of this one in a while. Here's a refresher!

Agreed. While it may not be tall, it really is a nice looking building.

THIS one should be the tallest in the city!!! I really like this baby. Can you imagine something like this at 60 floors!! And I didn't care all that much for this one when first renders came out.

Really like the aerial render, I don't think I have seen that angle before. Nice looking tower.

BTW, this one is going to CPC today.

Awesome! I can't see why they wouldn't approve it. It is gorgeous and completely unimposing.

I'm sure it will be approved. Interesting thing is I happened by the CPC room earlier this aft and they had some glass samples for the presentation...clear glazing, looks very promising.

Good to hear! I would have expected a silver EAP-style glass though.

Awesome! I hope it's as clear as what they are putting on City Centre.

The parkade is completely gone, and it appears they are already excavating on the site where Quincy's was. They are currently installing the demolition elevator-scaffold around the building. The Mawer building should start coming down by next week

Looks like I was right, the Mawer Building is now being demolished, the first windows have been removed

It'll be amazing to have both Telus Sky and Manulife going up at the same time! Two masterpieces (by Canadian standards ) on the same avenue
