Southern New England Development

I'm beginning a thread on any development news pertaining to Southern New England. Anyone with details on Providence, Hartford, New Bedford ect. There's a lot going on In Providence specifically, with the removal of a major highway leaving acres upon acres of develop-able land. Projects are already underway.

The I-195 Redevelopment Committee gives the OK for the proposed 46 story building.

Cranes are in the sky for a new 15 story mixed use building. Providence is entering their own construction boom.
