From what I heard, Emerald Park is substantially sold and Bazis has signed several development partners capable of building it. It should be in the ground by years end.

I'm dying to see how the mechanical shapes up. Will the lighting be coloured LED or actual projected images.

I have my fingers crossed for that one. Cumberland Terrace is just awful, and the re-development looks fabulous.

Success Tower 2, is being increased from 46 floors to 52 floors. If this height increase is confirmed this tower which is currently underconstruction should now clock in around 155 to 160 meters.

We will likely not get a true adjusted height for some time, I dont know if the developer has to submit the information for this to the city when they apply for additional floors on a tower already under construction.

Well because this is a skyscraper site, and you know I have things on the go...
But I will tell you this, there is alot of infill development going on the city. Things are getting crowded packed. The taller towers are great, but its the land that is being reclaimed from industrial use that will truely make the action hype at ground level..

yeah, that shot is hot, Ill give whoever took it madcredit..

I wont know this place in five or ten years... Its moving that fast.

Apparently excav has started on "The Mark" project in Vancouver. At 140M it should bump MV5 off the list.

Its pretty pedestrian architecturally, but extra density is always appreciated!

The podium has potential although, in typically Vancouver fashion, it looks a little on the busy side.

this tower's cladding reminds me of crystal blu's..... I sorta hate the look they have in certain lighting conditions... it looks SOO washed out and faded...

cool towers though (i don't like the chunky sides though... the make it look fat), tower 1 is near top off so we'll have to see the roof design they have
