B..b..but there is only actually 36 floors. I am aware of the (silly) reason why. So I suppose I am just stating the obvious.

Any updates on the retail tenants planned for the podium of this tower? I'm still trying to figure out where to get that kind of information on new towers.

There wont be any retail/commercial here. Retail is only required along Beresford behind Metrotown.

There is so much retail in Metrotown (inside malls and several streets) that no retail is needed on the street next to the two MET towers and the Chancelor.
