I just realized "The Quisby" was a hostel. Totally didn't realize that before...interesting location for a hostel.

A for sale sign was back on Scottish Rite temple building. I found the listing here: https://corprealty.catylist.com/listing/30008699
$4.75 million asking. I guess that means the dinner theater is dead?

Nice they were available to save so much of the facade! As long as they don't go cheap on materials/design this could be a really beautiful project, a jewel

Great looking facility! But man I cant help but think that space would have made an awesome Tesla Showroom. Maybe Tesla can be in the bottom of the stephens garage instead.

Yes because no hotel operator has been signed at this time. when they rebid that in the future it will change. The rendering also doesnt include the new 5 gate international or wide body terminal either.

Isn't it just one new terminal for international/wide body?

It's not a terminal. It's a 3rd concourse with 5 gates to serve international/wide bodies.

you are right.. my bad for using the wrong terminology.. but yes its a 3rd concours.. they kind of hinted what it would look like on the original plans... seems all international flights would go out of that terminal or anything with widebody planes.
