Yeah, I noticed that crane jump from work. You can actually see it among the surrounding buildings now.

Three more floors and a new "33 Tel" banner, which I assume will eventually become "33 Tehama"

At 17 floors complete, 33 Tehama has reached its halfway point. At its full height, I think this will have more of an impact than people realize. The glass comes across as a strange, opaque gray on the webcam.

For some idea of its impact at ground level, it is worth posting timbad's shot from last week:

The glass looks pretty wavy compared to what we have been seeing in many of the new developments. Maybe it will look better once completed and thoroughly washed.

I was thinking the same thing--it looks cheap and like it will always be inferior to far better buildings nearby (like 535 Mission).

How many more floors does this project have left to go?

I agree, it is a bit too wavy for me as well. I'm not sure if this was intentional, or the architect wasn't aware of the quality issue when he/she made the selection of the glass windows from whatever window manufacturer was chosen for the project, or there was a cost issue involved. Regardless of how anyone now feels about the waviness, it looks like everyone is going to have to live with it at this point. Unfortunately, fixing it is no longer feasible. I'm hoping it will look better, once the building is completed.
