Yea. I think it does too. Just wish they could diet-down the street between the buildings
to two or three lanes from the four-lanes shown.

Not usually a fan of modern assemblages like this, but with the elevated roadways surrounding the site, it works. Also helps that this is all office/retail.

"S" project Seattle

Not sure what the developer is doing. They've been busy on other projects, Warehouser headquarters in Pioneer Square (completed), West Edge tower on 2nd near Pike (still UC), and a 800-foot proposal near Pioneer Square that they recently scaled back (good thing IMO). They also have another proposal in the works just north east of Pike Market. Hopefully this 'S' project can move forward, now that they've quit trying to do the 800'r (now probably 300ish feet at 28 office floors).
