You forgot to add needle repository on main floor. Would be the perfect place for one.

Have you ever heard of a housing option called 'rental'? Isn't your wife a realtor? You should ask her about it.

The key word being Realtor Why would she have anything to do with rental? She doesn't deal in low rent stuff like rental. Anyway, back to my original comment that the location is crummy, you'd have to be crazy to build anything there.

Exactly why it’d be a great place for a meth clinic or homeless shelter. Alternatively, it would be a good spot for Home Depot.

At least all the people walking to and from it would be healthier than those fat people in the burbs.

Good point but perhaps that will go across the street when the arena doesn’t happen and they need to fill that land with something.

Lol. I mean really, who’d have thought that a bunch of homeless junkies would be healthier than suburbanites who choose to drive. Amazing.

I'm moving from Silverado to Renfrew. How much weight should I expect to lose? 30 lbs?

You will gain weight because of all the good Italian restaurants near by.

Yeah - eating out at restaurants instead of home cooked meals with fresh ingredients is the way to lose weight

Joking aside, stepping on used needles and getting mugged every once in a while seems less healthy than the burbs.

It's actually called Parkside, not Park Point. Also no 'E' in Telus Sky.

It's inner city, which on its own makes it special.
