I think that's a cropped version of a wtc.com rendering. (The actual one shows the entire west side of the lobby section.)

That reflection is weird. Liberty Statue being on land between buildings. But otherwise it's a good rendering.

Also, I would like to thank Robert Walpole for posting the tenant information. From all of these I only knew about UBS. I'm glad that there is interest for this building among financial groups

LOL, and I thought it was a reflection. With all these new WTC buildings being glass clad I dunno anymore what's a reflection and what isn't

You shouldn't be. It's a large, 40x80 foot wide hi-def video screen. It will be complimented by small video screens around the lobby. They'll show a mixture of news, information and ads. 3WTC's lobby will be really nice. Perhaps the nicest of the lot.

that must be the least video screen looking video screen rendering I've ever seen. There's no light being transmitted onto the outside. A video screen that big should, which it will be bright.

Yup. It's design might be simplistic, but it's awesome. The architect who made this building is a true master

It's not a 3D projection image, it's an unknown object that gives an illusion of a TV screen, but resembles a poster at the same time, but also gives an image of a reflection but there is no evidence to prove that it's one-or-the-other.
