The 250.8 m figure has been online for a few months. But it's not 100% accurate. Having viewed the development proposal document upon which this figure is based, it's actually 250.84 m. But, regardless, there will almost certainly be a small revision on the final blueprints due to the configuration/design of the mechanical top, if not the parapet. Further, the floor count is, by my account, off by at least one floor.

But in the meantime, close enough!

I believe this is the first city/developer document with regards to official height. So everyone is happy.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. The text under "The proposed development is:" (including the 250.8 m figure) has been available online at the City of Edmonton website for a few months. But, yes, everyone should be happy. I know the boys from Edmonton are.

So to be clear, Stantec is office on the bottom and condo on the top?

That crane does not look secure even though I'm sure it is.

Hmm, office mixed with rentals?? That's... different...

But nice project regardless.

That's pretty impressive an addition is in the top 10. Probably the first and last(for a while) time that will happen.

Thanks... and unless you are the one who re-designed Stantec, you have nothing to be sorry about.
