Great update Caltrane! That spandrel on the Britt is most....unpleasant.

I'm liking the podium glass for this project.....it's an interesting take on an 'organic' shape for a podium.

welp, there's some glass in for the Massey tower per Koops photo. Interesting....the balcony glass will be coming in a few weeks I'd say then.

Wow, that's a surprise. A lot more cladding. If the balcony glass interacts well with the form and current cladding, this'll be a neat project. I'm liking the form of the floor plates as it stands.
