Actually there is a multitude of workers cleaning the riverwalk every morning just as the sun is rising. I see them everyday at dawn, sweeping and trimming the foliage. They do great work as you can clearly see.

Cool pics! One Riverwalk Place and the skyline from the Botanical Gardens. I've been there before and loved it.

Looks like something out of Europe. But wait, it's Texas!

I like how evident the Hill Country is in the background of this shot.

Well, at the moment yes, but SA will rebound soon enough. As for the Frost Bank in SA, it's not architecturally pleasing lol, but it does fill a nice little spot in the skyline from some angles so it's ok in my book.

To be fair, the Frost Bank Tower started out just being a speculative office building. They knew there was a market for office space, but they hadn't lined up a major tenant the size of Frost Bank until about 6 months or more after construction had started. Originally the building was to be named "Congress at Fourth" which is talking about its location in downtown. Once it was announced that Frost Bank would be the major tenant in the building, the name was changed and the building carried their logo. Frost Bank had previously been in a 20-story building just down the street. That building also carried their name (Frost Bank Plaza) and logo for about 10 years until they moved out in 2004. Their lease ran out there and they wanted more space, and something to signify the bank's presence in Austin.
